The Story of Syrup
Sour, vibrant, bright orange — sea buckthorn makes no compromises. Neither does our syrup.
The sea buckthorn from the Seasonal Harvest range is picked at the peak of the season, when the fruits have the highest concentration of nutrients. The result is a syrup with a sweet-sour taste, an intense natural color, and the authentic aroma of fresh sea buckthorn.
What makes it different
- Cold-pressed sea buckthorn 43% — minimal processing, maximum aroma
- Inverted sugar — preserves the fruit's taste without additives

Sea buckthorn is one of the most well-known fruits from the Romanian spontaneous flora — recognized for generations for its intense taste and its natural richness. Our syrup brings it in its purest form: no treatments, no shortcuts. A product for the cold season, made with respect for the fruit.

Frequently asked questions
How concentrated is the syrup? How many ml should I put in a glass?
The sea buckthorn syrup is intense and sour. We recommend 1–2 tablespoons (15–30 ml) per 200–250 ml of water or beverage. Start with less and adjust to taste.
Why does it need to be shaken before use?
The sea buckthorn is not completely filtered — the natural pulp rises to the top of the bottle. Shaking before each consumption ensures a uniform and consistent taste.
Does it need to be refrigerated after opening?
Yes. After opening, keep the bottle in the refrigerator between 4–18°C, away from direct sunlight. Shake well before each use.
Does it have contraindications? Can I give it to children?
The product contains no preservatives and has not been treated with ionizing radiation. The ingredients are natural and non-GMO. As with any product containing sugar, moderate consumption is recommended. For children under 1 year or people with specific medical conditions, consult a doctor.
Can it be used in cooking or desserts?
Yes. Sea buckthorn syrup works excellently as a topping for yogurt or pancakes and can be used in sauces or dressings where the natural acidity of sea buckthorn adds character. The flavors withstand moderate temperatures well.
How long does a 750 ml bottle last?
At 15 ml per serving, a bottle provides ±25 drinks. For moderate daily use — approximately 1+ months for one person.
