“Five years ago, right after we got married, we decided to move to the Apuseni Mountains. It was an old dream – to leave behind the hustle and bustle of the city and reconnect with nature. In a small garden behind our house, among ripe fruits and aromatic plants, we began to experiment. We wanted to create something that would capture the essence of the place: authentic flavors, without artifice, just pure naturalness.”
